Our Service provides AI-generated book cover designs intended for use with Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing and other publishing platforms. The Service includes:

• AI-generated cover designs (front, back, and spine)
• 300 DPI print-ready PDF files
• Multiple art style options
• Automated quality control

Our Service operates on a credit-based system:

• Credits are purchased in packs and never expire
• Each cover generation costs 5 credits
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Credits are non-refundable once purchased
• Failed generations may result in automatic credit refunds through our quality control system

All covers are generated using artificial intelligence technology. While we strive for high quality:

• AI-generated content may occasionally produce unexpected or unusable results
• We implement automated quality control to detect obvious errors
• Quality control is not foolproof and some issues may not be detected
• Users are responsible for reviewing generated covers before use
• We do not guarantee that AI-generated covers will be accepted by any publishing platform

Upon successful generation and credit deduction:

• You receive a commercial use license for the generated cover
• You may use the cover for your book publication
• You may modify the cover for your needs
• You may not resell or redistribute the cover as a standalone product
• AI-generated images may not be copyrightable under current US law

We collect and process user data as described in our Privacy Policy. This includes:

• Account information (email, authentication data)
• Book details you provide (title, author, specifications)
• Generated covers and job history
• Payment information (processed by Stripe)
• Usage analytics and tracking data

• Any bugs, viruses, or malware transmitted through the Service

• Rejection of your cover by publishing platforms

• Change pricing and credit costs with notice
• Update these Terms of Service
• Terminate accounts for violations
